to ensure that only the best Teachers, Nursery Nurses and Teaching
Assistants are placed in schools or nurseries.
Sterling Education's Teachers, Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants are expected to:
- Have knowledge of Birth to Three Matters, the Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1 etc of the National Curriculum where appropriate.
- Keep up to date with National Curriculum issues.
- Support and supervise the children effectively, giving them confidence.
- Behave in a professional manner, abiding by the standards and expectations of the school or nursery in which they have been placed.
Guarantee: We are confident about the high level of suitablility of our staff. If you reasonably consider that the services of a temporary Teacher, Nursery Nurse or Teaching Assistant is unsatisfactory, you may terminate the assignment immediately by calling us and any charges will be cancelled. You must let us know within 4 hours for a booking of more than seven hours or within 2 hours for a booking of seven hours or less.
