 Sterling Education works with schools, nurseries and early years centres that are looking for Teachers, Nursery Nurses and Teaching Assistants on a supply or permanent basis. We have friendly Consultants who are experienced within the education and child care sector. They will promptly respond to your needs.
We thoroughly screen and interview our candidates, who are also fully referenced and CRB police checked (enhanced disclosure) before starting any assignments. This means that we endeavour to find the right calibre of staff with the right temperament for your school or nursery.
We care about who we send to look after and support children because our reputation depends on it. All our staff carry ID Pouches which contain an ID badge, a copy of the CRB (enhanced disclosure) and any relevant qualification. If you so wish this allows you to do spot checks on any of our staff and helps you keep a record of all staff from Sterling Education for OFSTED purposes.
